Budget Committee

From the IAU Working Rules:

24.b A Budget Committee shall be appointed by the Executive Committee with the following membership: General Secretary, Assistant General Secretary, one Vice-President, and the Head of Administration (HoA) as a non-voting member. Ordinarily the Budget Committee will be formed at the second Executive Committee meeting at the General Assembly, but may be filled whenever there is a vacancy.
