Commission C4 WG Classical Observatories from the Renaissance to the 20th Century

Description

Advance the WHL nomination project “Route of astronomical observatories", which focuses on the possible serial (multi-site) nomination of a number of classical observatories in European countries and their former colonies or other observatories abroad, connected by scientific cooperations. WG membership would include representation from UNESCO (Anna Sidorenko) and ICOMOS (Michel Cotte).
