as it was already communicated to you, the assigned grant covers by default your registration fee to the IAU XXXIst GA. If the allocated amount is greater that the registration fee, the difference will be paid to you in cash in Busan. In this case, if you're receiving a grant in cash, you should contact the IAU Office in BEXCO conference center (the location of the GA), Room 208 B on the second floor, in order to receive the cash and sign the relevant receipt.
In order to avoid long queues, we have set up a booking system by which you can fix an appointment with the IAU Staff so to minimize the time involved in the operation.
Please click on the blue button below and follow the instructions. The booking time has been divided in slots of 5 minutes each and we foresee that we can serve 2 grantees per slot. When a slot has been booked by the maximum number of people (2), it will not appear anymore as available and you must choose a different, still open, slot. Please note: you must select 'Asia/Seoul' in the drop-down menu to view the correct time-slots. You will receive a confirmation of your booking by email (the message might be in French, which is one of the two official languages of the IAU).
Please remember to take with you your Passport or ID Card when visiting the IAU Office in order to receive the grant.
Do not hesitate to contact the IAU Secretariat (iauinfos@iap.fr) in case of problems.
Looking forward to meeting you in Busan!
