Award ceremony
Frank Eisenhauer receives the 2022 Gruber Cosmology Prize at a ceremony during the XXXI IAU General Assembly. He won the award for his development of revolutionary technology that has provided evidence for the existence of a black hole at the centre of the Milky Way. The XXXI IAU General Assembly was held from 2-11 August 2022 in Busan, Korea.
