Wandering stars

Participants take turns to observe the night sky as part of the Travelling Telescope project. This project, which was funded by the OAD, aimed to promote astronomy in Africa. It provided astronomy outreach training for university students, some of whom then joined the project team in visiting schools, doing planetarium shows, telescope observations and other astronomy activities with the schoolchildren.
