On December 15, 2018, proposals for IAU Symposia to be held in 2020 are due.

This is a reminder that if you are planning to propose an IAU Symposium and would like to have the endorsement of Division H, we strongly suggest that you submit a Letter of Intent at the coming deadline: September 15, 2018

While submitting a Letter of Intent is not strictly mandatory, we strongly recommend that prospective proposers use this oportunity to obtain feedback on their plans and ensure that the Division H Steering Committee has adequate time to provide constructive feedback and discuss the oportunity to endorse Symposium proposals.
